Integrated Voice Response System (IVRS) for NRIs.

A dedicated help line with IVRS has been installed at State Bank of India, NRI Services Department, Corporate Centre.
This is intended to streamline the process of information dissemination to NRI Customers.
The dedicated helpline No’s are 0091-22-22871732/33/34/36.
The helpline is offering the following information:
  • Branch locator information on 750 select NRI intensive branches across all circles.
  • Information on deposits /deposits interest rates.
  • Information on foreign inward remittances procedure and process.
  • Procedure for opening an account.
  • General information on other investments
  • Information on Loan products: NRI Housing Loan/ Car Loan.
  • Complaint registration and tracking.
